Sing for Hope

In honor of Sing for Hope’s 25th Anniversary, we are placing 25 artist-designed Sing for Hope Pianos across the city, one for every year we’ve spent harnessing the power of the arts to create a better world. Be among the first to experience these playable works of art before they head out to inspire connection and joy in every corner of NYC.
At 12:00 PM, join us for a special program featuring a vibrant showcase of world-class talent to kick off the season in Fosun Plaza!

Art In Action: From Waterfront To Gala Night

Join Red Hook Art Project for a hands-on day supporting youth arts and community engagement. Volunteers will take part in a Waterfront Impact Walk, distributing flyers and connecting with local businesses and neighbors to raise awareness of RHAP’s work. Volunteers may also assist with gala preparation, including assembling decorations, mounting student artwork, and writing appreciation notes for youth artists. This experience helps strengthen community connections while supporting RHAP’s annual gala and arts programming.
Brooklyn Museum Teen Nights
Art and art-making, music, performances, workshops, raffles, snacks, and more: Inspired by our special exhibitions and designed by the Teen Night Planning Committee, Teen Nights are free, large-scale events grounded in art and activism. Each spring, celebrate all things Pride with our annual LGBTQ+ Teen Night, planned by InterseXtions: Gender and Sexuality interns.

Join us for an inspiring evening of figure drawing with a live model. Short and long poses, and materials provided.
Whether you're a seasoned artist or just starting, this is a great chance to sharpen your skills, connect with fellow creatives, and get into the flow of drawing from life.

Barnacle Parade
Join us in celebrating resilience on the anniversary Hurricane Sandy on Wednesday October 29th at 4 pm for the annual Red Hook Barnacle Parade! RHAP will have it’s own float in the parade, we encourage you to join us and march with us.
Pumpkin Carving Sip & Paint Night
Join us at the RHAP Studio for a cozy night of pumpkin carving, apple cider, and fall treats.

Experience an evening filled with inspiration, celebration, and artistic brilliance as we commemorate our achievements and look ahead to a vibrant future together.
We exceeded our goals in the past three years, and to build on that success we are looking to raise $120,000 in order to continue to expand our mission
